Blanca de la Serna Sáenz

Architectural Assistant Blanca de la Serna completed her Master in Architecture at Technical University of Madrid, ETSAM. Her final project was based in the Battersea Power Station in London and was a reconversion project for the former coal power station via an architectural study of the space and the connection between arts in order to create a new art centre.

Prior to joining Jo Cowen Architects, she managed and supervised the construction of a house of her own design in Madrid. Earlier in her career, Blanca worked as a freelance designer. Besides a great passion for architecture, Blanca is very passionate about photography and design. Blanca speaks fluent Spanish and French.
