We undertook the complete redevelopment of this Chelsea Mews House for an ambitious developer with spectacular results. Planning conditions prevented the use of external light wells; we responded by using cleverly placed internal glazed floors, borrowing light from the rooms above and allowing visual connections to be made between the living spaces.
