Redington Road

Redington Road is an unique 0.5-acre plot of land in the heart of Hampstead. The proposal includes the demolition of the existing building and a redevelopment to provide a new residential building to house eight large and prime quality flats with a basement level for on-site car parking with residential units above.

The proposed scheme looks to complement the architectural vernacular of the conservation area by celebrating design principles of the Arts & Crafts period. The intention has been to create a building of superior architectural merit that relates to the existing house.

The combination of traditional building materials with modern construction techniques will result in a building in keeping with its context whilst being built to the highest standards.
